Refund / Return Policy

Because much of Drawn to Fire’s work is custom, personalized, engraved, printed, or made to order, our return policy is different from that of a typical retail store.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, engraved, printed, fabricated, or otherwise made-to-order items are considered final sale once production has begun.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind after production starts.
Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, artwork, logos, instructions, sizes, colors, and other customization details before submitting your order.
If a proof is provided, the approved proof controls production. Errors contained in customer-provided information or in an approved proof are the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellations
If you cancel your order before production begins, we will issue a full refund.
Once engraving, printing, fabrication, or other customization has started, the order generally cannot be canceled or refunded.
If We Made an Error
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Significantly different from the approved design
- Or contains a production error caused by Drawn to Fire
please contact us and we will make it right through correction, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Non-Custom Items
Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original condition.
Please contact us before sending any return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by Drawn to Fire.
Shipping Damage
If your order is damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide photographs of:
- The damaged item
- The shipping box
- The internal packaging
Keep all packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may require it for a claim.
